Job summary

Talentify is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support property management financial operations in a remote role. You will handle bank reconciliations, tenant ledger analysis, journal entries, and monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Must be located within 2 hours of Portland, OR and prepared to participate in quarterly in-person trainings/events. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting/property management software.
• Good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.
• Tenant ledger analysis and review cash receipts for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and monthly financial statements.
• Assist PM staff with accounting questions and during audits.
