Responsibilities

Position Overview

• Support daily accounting operations, including:
• Accounts Payable
• Bank reconciliations

• General accounting functions
• Month-end close support
• Check runs and payment processing
• Researching and resolving discrepancies

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills required

Required Work Hours

The role is fully onsite, with work hours typically from Monday to Friday.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
