Eliassen Group is seeking a contract accounting operations professional for maternity leave coverage in a West Deptford, NJ area. The role focuses on AR/AP processing within a fast-paced produce import and distribution environment.

The candidate will work with specialized systems and support day-to-day accounting workflows, including invoice generation, receipt application, and vendor payments. W2 and corp-to-corp options are available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AR/AP processing experience in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience with administrative accounting tasks and data entry.
• Ability to learn and navigate specialized or proprietary systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to procedures and deadlines.
• Experience in distribution or importing environments preferred.

Our client is seeking a contract accounting operations professional to provide maternity leave coverage. The role requires administrative and transactional processing experience with a focus on AR and AP in a fast-paced produce importing and distribution environment. The consultant will learn and operate specialized systems while supporting day-to-day accounting workflows.

Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Support daily AR and AP transaction processing with accuracy and timeliness.
