Job summary

Advanced Medaesthetic Partners seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the Accounting Operations team, oversee the month-end close, and drive scalable financial processes. You will mentor staff handling GL, cash, intercompany, inventory, prepaids, and accruals, coordinating with Revenue and Legal to ensure accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting, CPA preferred, with multi-site experience and strong GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or finance equivalent required.
• 5+ years progressively responsible accounting experience (public and industry).
• Experience with general ledger including cash, prepaids, accruals, intercompany.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting Operations team and manage month-end close.
• Oversee cash, prepaids, accruals, intercompany, and transfer pricing.
• Maintain inventory rigor and accurate COGS entries.
• Coach and develop team members for high performance.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Central Ops, Legal, and Strategic Finance.
