Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Demonstrated ownership of month-end close processes.
• Experience managing or mentoring accounting resources.
• Comfort operating in a high-growth, evolving environment that uses AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process end-to-end with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage invoicing process end-to-end and ensure proper coding and documentation.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, and GL; mentor Staff Accountant.
• Identify and implement improvements to controls, processes, and reporting.
• Support audit readiness and internal/external reporting; assist Controller with FP&A analyses.
