Job summary

Advanced Medaesthetic Partners is seeking an Accounting Manager reporting to the Assistant Controller to lead the Accounting Operations team and drive the month-end close. You will oversee GL activities—cash, intercompany, inventory, prepaids, and accruals—and mentor staff to excellence in a high-growth setting.

You will partner with Revenue, Central Operations, Legal and Strategic Finance to scale financial processes, strengthen controls, and provide accurate reporting for decision-makers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• Multi-state, multi-site, multi-entity experience required.
• 2+ years leading a team (Senior Accountant or Manager equivalent).
• Minimum 5+ years progressively responsible accounting experience (public and industry).
• Experience with general ledger accounting including cash, prepaids, accruals, intercompany transactions.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
• Experience in high-growth environments with strong processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Accounting Operations team and manage the month-end close.
• Oversee general ledger activities: cash, intercompany, inventory, prepaids, accruals and transfer pricing.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members; ensure tools, training and resources for excellence.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Central Ops, Legal and Strategic Finance departments.
