Job summary

Annie Aesthetic, a private equity-backed operator of medical aesthetics and functional health brands in the United States, seeks a Senior Manager, Accounting Operations in Los Angeles. You will own end-to-end accounting operations across AP, payroll, and disbursements for a multi-entity portfolio.

You will build scalable processes, partner with FP&A and HR, and drive strong internal controls and close accuracy.

Qualifications

• CPA is required and active.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in acquisition-driven or PE-backed environments.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-location accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong operational mindset and ability to scale workflows in a high-growth setting.
• Familiarity with audits, lender reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll, and disbursement workflows.
• Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments, employee payroll, commissions, and reimbursements.
• Establish and enforce SLAs, controls, and escalation paths across operational accounting processes.
• Lead integration of newly acquired clinics into accounting operations workflows.
• Partner with Finance leadership to manage cash and disbursement forecasting and controls.
• Lead, develop, and scale the accounting operations team and drive continuous improvement.
