Job summary

Winter Services Inc. seeks an Accounting & Operations Assistant to support the Controller with invoicing, credit card entries, subcontractor compliance, and estimate entry.

You will help maintain accurate financial records and assist with operational accounting tasks, serving as a backup for AR/AP and AP duties. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of AR/AP concepts, and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Accounting coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships considered).
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing for Tovar Snow within 48 hours of event.
• Process and upload invoices to third-party billing sites (e.g., Service Channel).
• Enter credit card transactions into NetSuite.
• Backup AR with invoicing and cash application of deposits.
• Backup Junior Accountant with AP tasks when needed.
• Ensure subcontractor COIs and contracts are on file.
