Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral and mental health technology, seeks an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage the full-cycle AP process, enter invoices in Sage Intacct with precise GL coding, and assist with month-end close and audits.

Responsibilities include reconciling AP GL accounts, processing employee expenses and corporate cards, and supporting procurement workflows. This is a remote-first role with national reach and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP process and monitor AP inbox
• Enter invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding
• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions
• Serve as the point person for procurement tool, providing user support and maintaining approval workflows
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed

We are currently seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. Manage the full-cycle AP function, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
• 3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions).
