Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. in Dallas, TX, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the US GAAP month-end close, prepare internal and external financial statements, and coordinate with auditors.

You will oversee JV accounting under IFRS adjustments, manage footnote disclosures, and collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and Operations to support strategic decisions. A 5+ year background in accounting (Big 4 preferred) and a BA in accounting or finance is required; CPA is a plus; strong Excel and ERP skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• Active CPA license is a plus.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience, ideally with public accounting (Big 4) and corporate reporting.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge with IFRS exposure and ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated components of US GAAP month-end close.
• Prepare internal management reports and external financial statements with footnote disclosures.
• Handle consolidation/reporting for JV entities and apply IFRS adjustments as needed.
• Serve as primary liaison with external auditors and coordinate audit support.
• Research and document complex accounting issues under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and Operations to provide financial insights.
