Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is a leading provider of enterprise-class data center, cloud, and interconnection services, headquartered in Dallas, TX. The Accounting Manager will handle US GAAP month-end close, coordinate external audits, and manage JV accounting with IFRS considerations.

You will serve as the primary liaison for external auditors and collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and Operations to deliver accurate financial insights and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience in both public and corporate settings.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and IFRS familiarity.
• Proficient Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead US GAAP month-end close and external financial reporting.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and manage JV accounting effects.
• Prepare internal management reports and external financial statements with footnotes.
• Apply IFRS adjustments where required and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and Operations to provide financial insights.
