• Hands-on accounting professional who can take ownership of the accounting function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and month-end/year-end close.
• Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgets, and financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, collections, and financial performance.
• Work with billing teams to reconcile insurance and patient receivables, payments, and adjustments.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Manage, train, and supervise accounting staff with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Coordinate with CPAs, auditors, banks, and tax professionals.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities
