Job summary

Morgan Hunter is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support financial operations, scale accounting processes, and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting as we grow. You will partner with the Controller and cross-functional teams to drive accuracy and efficiency.

The role offers visibility across the organization, opportunities to influence budgeting, forecasting, and ERP enhancements, with a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment in the Kansas City area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in private or public industry.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and standard costing.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
