The Addison Group is seeking an Associate Manager, Accounting to support the finance team with financial reporting, month-end close, treasury operations, and cost accounting. The role emphasizes SAP Material Ledger and strong U.S. GAAP knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across teams to maintain accurate records, strengthen controls, and improve processes, including audits and SOX initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on SAP experience required, including SAP Material Ledger.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with treasury operations, cash management, and cash flow forecasting.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, production reporting, and inventory valuation.
• Familiarity with internal controls and regulatory compliance; SOX experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform month-end close activities, prepare and review journal entries, and complete balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support daily treasury operations, manage cash flow activities, and develop cash flow forecasts and budgets.
• Assist with financing arrangements and coordinate loan renewals.
• Prepare and support U.S. GAAP financial statements, disclosures, and related reporting.
• Partner with operational teams on production reporting, cost accounting, and inventory valuation using SAP Material Ledger.
• Evaluate balance sheet accruals and deferrals for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
• Support corporate insurance renewals and claims processing.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and assist with SOX initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and reporting.
