Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Preferred 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Professional proficiency in GAAP accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Review/sign checks and approve wire releases.
• Collaborate with auditors and manage special projects.
• Assist with budgets, daily batch updates, and check processing.
• Coordinate custom owner formats with programmers.
• Provide backup support for team members.
• Recruit, interview, and retain qualified team members.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and CONAM policies.
• Oversee staff performance and conduct evaluations.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure accuracy in AP, AR, GL, and sub-ledgers.
• Deliver training and lead staff meetings.
• Support audits and ensure accuracy in management and owner reports.
