Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years commercial real estate accounting experience.
• College degree required: Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
• Experience with Yardi and other integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile accounting information to contribute to accurate financials.
• Monthly preparation of financial statements; bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and record journal entries and manage backups.
• Review balance sheet and income statement for accuracy and variances.
• Assist with year-end audit schedules and CAM budget support.
