Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in property management, preferably in multi-family and affordable housing.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Professional proficiency in GAAP accounting standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
