Job summary

ATBS is seeking an Accounting Manager to own month-end close, financial reporting, payroll, and benefits administration. You will monitor A/R and A/P, support budgeting, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulations.

You will supervise staff, mentor teams, and coordinate with the Controller for audits and budgeting. A CPA or accounting degree is preferred with 4+ years of accounting experience and prior supervision.

Qualifications

• CPA is required or encouraged as a demonstrated credential.
• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; able to adapt processes to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and financial reporting including balance sheet and income statement.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis for management.
• Lead system implementations to improve efficiency and controls.
• Supervise A/R, A/P, and collections processes; mentor staff.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and manage benefits records.
• Coordinate with Controller for external audits and budgeting.
