The role requires hands-on leadership, strong GAAP knowledge, and collaboration across departments.

Ideal candidate has CPA, 5+ years of management experience, and proven ability to manage A/R, GL, and tax compliance across states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA license or active CPA credential.
• 5+ years of relevant management experience.
• Experience with month-end close, GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong multi-state sales and use tax knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including A/R, GL, and Purchasing.
• Lead month-end and year-end close and financial reporting.
• Manage daily cash and provide cash flow reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Be the resident expert for multi-state sales and use tax.
