Job summary

Minnesota Cannabis Services is looking for a senior-level Accounting Manager in Bloomington, MN. The role involves overseeing the accounting cycle across 20+ entities, ensuring compliance with multi-state tax laws and GAAP regulations. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience, ideally with CPA certification and deep expertise in financial reporting and multi-entity compliance. This position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 annually, bonus incentives, and several benefits including health insurance and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
• CPA strongly preferred with strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with IRS 280E or cannabis industry accounting a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting across 20+ entities.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage multi-state tax compliance including estimated payments and annual filings.
