Job summary

Wyman-Gordon's ISO Group, part of Precision Castparts Corp., in Worcester, MA, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead monthly close, financial reporting, SOX compliance, and internal controls across three facilities.

You will manage accounts payable/receivable, balance sheet reconciliations, audits, and partner with operations to improve processes and accuracy. A BS is required; MBA/CPA preferred; multi-site manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years financial management experience in public manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial principles.
• Experience with manufacturing/cost accounting preferred.
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple sites.
• Proven track record in financial control and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, PCC policies and internal controls.
• Oversee SOX program including documentation, testing and remediation.
• Manage AP/AR functions and aging analyses.
• Coordinate audits and serve as liaison with auditors.
• Drive process improvements and system capability enhancements.
• Support consolidation and reporting to division and corporate management.
