Wyman-Gordon's ISO Group, part of Precision Castparts Corp., in Worcester, MA, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead monthly close, financial reporting, SOX compliance, and internal controls across three facilities.
You will manage accounts payable/receivable, balance sheet reconciliations, audits, and partner with operations to improve processes and accuracy. A BS is required; MBA/CPA preferred; multi-site manufacturing experience is a plus.
Wyman-Gordon's ISO Group, located in Worcester, Massachusetts, consists of three integrated manufacturing sites that produce high-performance nickel-based alloy components for aerospace, defense, and industrial gas turbine applications. Brighton, MI and Princeton, KY facilities specialize in producing nickel-based superalloys, supplying material to the Worcester MA isothermal forging operation. As part of Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), the ISO Group is a growing $300 million business serving leading aerospace and defense customers with critical, high-performance forged components.
The Position
The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the accounting and policy activities of the ISO Group. This role oversees the monthly and year-end close processes, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, treasury activities, and accounting operations for three (3) facilities and two (2) general legers. The Accounting Manager reports directly to the ISO Controller and will partner closely with operational and business leaders to ensure financial accuracy, support strategic decision-making, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
