Job summary

Recom is seeking a Senior Accountant to support monthly close and accounts payable across a multi-subsidiary, e-commerce environment. You’ll own close-cycle accounting and AP processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires U.S. GAAP proficiency, 3+ years of experience, and strong Excel and ERP skills (NetSuite preferred). Prior multi-entity work and Amazon Seller Central familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close and AP.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Multi-entity environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close.
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing financial statements across subsidiaries.
• Manage end-to-end AP processing; vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Support Controller with close-related analysis and reporting.
