Web Industries, Marlborough, MA is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the financial close, consolidation across entities, and GAAP compliance. This role partners with operations to provide insights and drive efficiency.

You will manage inventory, fixed assets, audits, and tax filings while advancing automation and process improvements. The position requires 7+ years in accounting, a BS in accounting/finance, and preferred mastery of ERP systems.

Competenze

• BS in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent) required.
• Master's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience consolidating multiple entities across ERP systems.
• Foreign currency translation and multi-currency reporting experience required.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Lead consolidated financial reporting across entities and ERP systems.
• Oversee inventory transactions, valuation, and obsolescence reserves.
• Analyze manufacturing variances with operations for profitability improvements.
• Oversee capital expenditure accounting and fixed assets.
• Coordinate external audit activities and tax filings.
• Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
