Cabot Citrus Farms in Florida is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and internal controls under the Controller. You will prepare financial reports, manage GL integrity, oversee AP/AR, payroll-related tasks, and support annual audits, while ensuring adherence to US GAAP and USALI standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive accurate reporting in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, including month-end close and supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
• Hospitality and/or construction accounting experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly close process and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and schedules; investigate variances.
• Maintain GL integrity and internal controls; support audit preparation.
