Job summary

JAM Best One Fleet Service is seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee daily bank activity, complete monthly bank reconciliations, and support accounts payable and accounts receivable systems. The role requires initiative to prioritize duties and ensure month-end close occurs by the 10th.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management, 5–10 years of accounting experience, and strong Excel skills, with excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Management required.
• 5–10 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general software navigation.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Review daily bank activity and reconcile accounts.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prioritize duties to ensure month-end close by the 10th.
