Job summary

MCT Companies seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day supervision of the accounting team and ensure accurate month-end closing. The role focuses on reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting, with cross-department collaboration.

The ideal candidate will enhance accounting processes, support the Controller with monthly statements, and drive improvements in automation and internal controls using available tools such as DOMO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise monthly accounting close activities.
• Prepare and review reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
• Monitor month-end close status and resolve outstanding items with other departments.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports for the Controller.
• Improve accounting processes, procedures, and systems, including emphasizing DOMO reporting.
