Atrium, a multi-location leader, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead staff across venues and oversee financial reporting and audits. This role emphasizes mentoring a team, consolidations, budgeting, and system compliance within a growing corporate structure in Florida.

You'll drive monthly closings, ensure US GAAP compliance, analyze variances, and strengthen internal controls while collaborating with cross-site finance teams to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership in a multi-location environment.
• Preferred: public accounting or multi-entity accounting experience.
• Background in internal controls, audits, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly closing processes and ensure accurate, timely financial transactions.
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements and pro forma reports in keeping with US GAAP.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Assess internal control systems and recommend improvements.
• Provide ongoing leadership and development for Finance teams across venues.
