Qualifications

• CPA required and 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in public accounting and industry roles preferred.
• Experience managing accounting professionals and multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of senior and staff accountants.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules for accuracy.
• Support SOX controls, consolidation, budgeting and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and accounting automation initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, FP&A and other teams for financial insight.
