Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP in Seattle, WA seeks an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day management of the General Ledger, Partner and Affiliate Accounting, Treasury, and International Accounting functions in the US.

This hands-on role oversees monthly and annual close, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits and tax deliverables, while developing the General Ledger team and serving as backup to the Regional Head of Finance - US.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including at least 5 years in supervision/management.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and tax-basis accounting.
• Experience with 3E General Ledger, BlackLine and BNA systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to lead and develop accounting professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Accounting Team by guiding the General Ledger group and promoting accountability.
• Oversee General Ledger and Financial Close with accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage Financial Analysis and Reporting to support leadership decisions.
• Oversee Audit, Tax, and Compliance activities with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Manage Partner and Affiliate Accounting including partner capital and related tax reporting.
• Direct Treasury and Cash Management activities and banking relationships.
• Maintain Financial Systems and Controls, acting as system administrator.
• Drive Process Improvement to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Support Senior Finance Leadership as backup to the Regional Head of Finance - US.
