The role combines hands-on accounting with team leadership and process improvement to deliver accurate financial information to leadership, auditors, and banking partners.

You will back up the Regional Head of Finance - US for accounting operations and have opportunities for broader leadership development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role leading accounting professionals.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and tax-basis understanding.
• Excellent leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the General Ledger team, set priorities, provide feedback, and promote accountability.
• Oversee monthly and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Perform complex account analyses, oversee depreciation schedules, and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate audits, GAAP reviews, tax filings, and regulatory compliance with auditors and advisors.
• Manage Partner and Affiliate Accounting, including capital, loans, and partner payroll.
• Direct treasury and cash management, banking relationships, and cash projections.
• Maintain 3E General Ledger; serve as admin for BlackLine and BNA.
• Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and scalability.
• Back up Regional Head of Finance - US for accounting operations.
