LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounting Manager to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented service organization in North Dallas. This hands-on leader will oversee daily accounting operations, drive the monthly close, and partner across functions to improve accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

A CPA or CPA-eligible candidate with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience and ERP expertise (Workday or similar) is required. Hybrid schedule with only 2 days in office.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial close processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday or similar).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred; high-volume or operational environment a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Lead the monthly and annual close processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Manage revenue recognition, accruals, and expense allocations in a high-volume environment.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff while remaining actively involved in day-to-day activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting quality.
• Support audit activities, including preparation and response to external audit requests.
• Assist with ERP system management, enhancements, and implementations.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
