Job summary

Find Great People | FGP in Greenville, SC seeks an Accounting Manager to own the accounting function and partner with the CFO to scale the business. The role will lead monthly close, oversee financial reporting, coordinate audits, and strengthen internal controls across multi-location operations, while driving process improvements and accountability within the team.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on accounting background, curiosity, ownership mindset, and the ability to influence leadership

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with month-end close, audits, and internal controls.
• Public accounting and/or industry accounting experience.
• Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, inventory-intensive, or multi-site environments.
• ERP implementation or system conversion experience is a plus.
• A hands-on, ownership-oriented approach.
• Leadership ability and growth potential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
