Job summary

Sandis is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Roseville accounting team. The role maintains the general ledger, reviews financial statements, prepares financial reports, and assists with audits and budgeting processes. We value detail-orientation, organization, collaboration, and mentorship for a growing team.

The ideal candidate will mentor team members, stay current on regulations, and strengthen internal controls while supporting external audits and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Payroll experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Prepare project reconciliations and client follow-up.
• Develop and document accounting controls and policies.
• Review AP coding and lien waivers.
• Support Billing, AR, AP, GL, payroll, and cost accounting.
