Clarity Care, a nonprofit organization in Oshkosh, WI, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead budgeting, reporting, and audit readiness. You will supervise payroll, manage the general ledger, and collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting with strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and audits. Familiarity with NetSuite and Excel is preferred; a CPA/CMA is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CMA/CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with operating and capital budgets required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the monthly close process and ensure accurate journal entries.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Supervise payroll function and accounting staff.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for leadership.
• Coordinate the annual financial audit for compliance.
• Maintain General Ledger and Chart of Accounts.
