Job summary

Clarity Care, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the day-to-day accounting operations including budgeting, rate development, financial reporting, and audits. This role supervises payroll and accounting staff, collaborating with leadership to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA/CMA preferred), 5+ years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and NetSuite experience; Wisconsin driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CMA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' accounting experience including budgeting, financial statements, and reporting.
• Thorough knowledge of general business administration and supervisory practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook; NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and prepare financial statements; ensure journal entries are complete and accurate.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Explain variances and ensure proper accounting treatment for management.
