Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in Mt. Holly, NJ is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team and manage financial reporting, internal controls, and budget oversight in an office-based setting.

The role oversees bookkeepers, participates in audits, ensures compliance with funding requirements, and drives process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor7s degree in accounting or business administration.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, internal controls and managing staff.
• Strong work ethic.
• Valid drivercs license in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Bookkeepers and provide administrative guidance to staff.
• Coordinate with Operations staff in budget preparation for annual renewal and modification.
• Monthly financial statement analysis and General Ledger functions.
• Analyzes financial information, makes journal entries and determines the most effective means of handling accounting transactions.
• Maintain and monitor a system to ensure proper fiscal management in compliance with Agency and funding source regulations.
• Participate in the annual audit and any funding source audits.
• Comply with funding source rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
