Responsibilities

• Oversee banking activity and perform monthly bank reconciliations for all firm operating accounts.
• Oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and coordinate external audits.
• Maintain the fixed asset ledger and assist in budgeting and monitoring performance against budget.
