Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead its finance team in New York. You will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and the integrity of the accounting system while mentoring staff in a collaborative, professional services environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with CPA preferred, 4+ years of accounting experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, plus familiarity with ERP systems such as Aderant or Elite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor accounting staff.

• Oversee banking, treasury, and cash management.
• Coordinate escrow and trust activity with banks and stakeholders.

• Assist with partner compensation calculations and reporting.

Responsibilities
