Confidential in East Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a hands-on accounting team across multi-entity operations. You will supervise month-end close, financial statement preparation, and staff development while collaborating with AP on processes and reporting.

The role requires strong GL, close, and analysis skills, advanced Excel, and ERP experience, with preference for healthcare or related sectors. This position is on-site in East Los Angeles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger and month-end close experience.
• 2+ years of accounting management or supervisory experience.
• Multi-entity and/or multi-location accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and P&L analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus.
• Great Plains experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Manage accounting activity across multiple entities and locations, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting.
• Review P&L activity and financial trends, investigate variances, and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Manage and mentor accounting staff, review work, and ensure deadlines and reporting standards are met.
• Partner with Accounts Payable on invoice processing, payments, accruals, and chargeback reporting.
• Support accounting leadership throughout month-end close and with audit and tax engagements.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and communicate findings across the organization.
• Help improve accounting processes and strengthen reporting as the organization continues to grow.
