Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 7+ years experience performing account reconciliations.
• 7+ years experience recording journal entries.
• 3+ years experience preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Experience managing at least 2 direct reports.
• Strong month-end close experience with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Experience with audit preparation and supporting audits.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Attention to detail and strong financial controls.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, revenue, and GL.
• Manage full month-end close with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review and approve the month-end close and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy.
• Manage weekly/monthly cash flow projections and cash positions.
• Approve payment runs and expense reports with proper controls.
• Review project profitability and job costing.
• Support revenue forecasting and recognition with teams.
• Coordinate audits and ensure readiness.
• Maintain SAP personnel records and HR admin support.
• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports.
• Provide financial insights to cross-functional partners.
• Leverage ERP for data reporting and process efficiencies.
• Use advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
