Job summary

Rello Search Partners is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy of financial records, and support planning processes. You will oversee month-end close, maintain internal controls, and manage general ledger activities to GAAP standards.

You will also prepare financial statements and management reports, analyze results, coordinate audits, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or accounting management experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP.
• Review balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
