Silver Falls Capital is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the full-cycle accounting for the company and its portfolio. You’ll lead the close, maintain GL and intercompany accounting, and drive strong internal controls. You’ll collaborate with FP&A, operations, and legal on new initiatives and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years accounting experience including leadership of close processes.
• Direct experience with US GAAP reporting and tax reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity environments and intercompany accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in inventory, lease, and recurring revenue accounting.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close for all entities and consolidated group.
• Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts for parent and portfolio companies.
• Review AR/AP, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and intercompany activity.
• Maintain internal control environment and approve critical controls.
• Direct accounting team, lead close standups, set priorities.
• Handle tax filings across federal, state, local, and cross-border areas.
• Coordinate with external CPAs for audits and reviews.
• Onboard acquired entities and align accounts and filing requirements.
