Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Accounting Manager with NetSuite expertise in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will own the full-cycle accounting process in a growing RNG-focused company, ensuring GAAP compliance, accurate monthly closes, and insightful reporting.

You will partner with operations and leadership to improve processes, manage audits, and support FP&A initiatives, with opportunities to influence finance across the organization and contribute to scalable accounting practices in a fast-changing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with month-end close and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including AP, AR, GL, cash management, and reconciliations.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure timely, accurate transactions.
