Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a credit union or financial institution.
• At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience managing and developing team members.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and credit union regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise accounting team members.
• Manage daily accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance and month-end closing activities.
