Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Metairie, LA is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a center, optimize the patient schedule, coordinate medical clearances with providers, and ensure exceptional patient experiences.

You will supervise administrative staff and dental assistants, enforce company policies, partner with regional managers, and drive daily operations to support production goals and outstanding patient care.

Formación

• 3-5 year management experience in dental field.
• Familiar with OSHA and HIPPA compliance standards.
• Experience with OpenDental management software preferred.
• 2+ years experience as a training facilitator.

Responsabilidades

• Drives a productive and efficient schedule.
• Coordinates patient clearances with clinical teams for surgery.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manages administration staff and Dental Assistants.
• Communicates effectively with providers and cross-functional teams.
• Acts as liaison between centralized operations and the center.
• Monitors OSHA/HIPAA compliance within the center.
