Job summary

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking an experienced General Manager to optimize patient scheduling, coordinate medical clearances, and ensure high-quality patient experiences across our centers. You will lead administrative and dental teams, uphold OSHA and HIPPA standards, and drive center performance with strong communication and process discipline.

Qualifications

• 3-5 year management experience in dental field
• Familiar with OSHA and HIPPA compliance standards
• Experience with OpenDental management Software preferred
• 2 plus years experience as a training facilitator

Responsibilities

• Drives a productive and efficient schedule
• Works with clinical team to ensure patients are cleared for surgery
• Ensures Nuvia’s best practices are in place
• Administers and enforces company policies and procedures
• Works closely with clinical providers to communicate company objectives
• Serve as a point of contact between centralized operations and their center
• Ensure compliance in the center based on OSHA and HIPPA guidelines
• Facilitate training for center staff on new best practices
