Job summary

gpac is partnered with a growing, family-owned pet food manufacturer seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department at their Illinois facility. This hands-on leader will drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, and downtime reduction, while partnering with operations and plant leadership.

You will oversee the maintenance team, manage CMMS work orders, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and guide safety and compliance with food

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance management or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and conveyance systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• CMMS experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to be hands-on and work flexible hours as needed.
• Food manufacturing or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical engineering background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and manage the maintenance team.

Compensation & Benefits
