BrightCore is seeking an Accounting Manager- Benefits & Payroll at company headquartered in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of payroll, benefits and self-insurance accounting. Hybrid - 2 days a week in office - Tuesday / Wednesday - No direct reports for now.

Responsibilities

• Accounting operations for salaries, bonuses, commissions, and self-insurance (accruals, etc)
• Financial reporting around medical, workers compensation and insurance
• Analyze variances and trends for improvement
• Ad hoc analysis for reconciliations and reporting
• Technical research around complex areas or new guidance

Qualifications

• Masters or CPA preferred
• 5+ years' working in payroll/benefits accounting
• Oracle and Workday are a plus
