The candidate will drive automation, improve processes, and strengthen the control environment while partnering across the business to deliver timely financial reporting and support audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in corporate finance or similar environment.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Ability to manage month-end close and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations and month-end close activities.
• Oversee accounting for investments, borrowings, foreign currency, and cash management.
• Manage accounting for leases, fixed assets, prepaids, and software development.
• Review monthly and quarterly general ledger account variance analyses.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare and review schedules and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support internal and external financial statement audits.
• Evaluate accounting requirements related to new products, services, and system enhancements.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across accounting operations.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on accounting and reporting matters.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
